The cold storage is located 30 feet from the pier which enables SACSEI to offload cargo in an efficient manner. The vessels we offload range in length from 30-70 M and primarily harvest Shrimp or Turbot. The cargo is offloaded, wrapped, sorted and stored at the facility. Our objective is for the customers to receive final door tally 24 hrs after vessel departure. The cargo is stored at the cold storage until its ready to be shipped to market. The logistics are coordinated typically between buyer and cold storage management. We also provide additional services such as labeling, picking samples, and re-stacking, if required.
