The facility’s refrigeration system is a fully computerized ammonia system. It allows engineers to control/monitor equipment from both the facility and remote locations thus optimizing standards and maintaining quality at all times. The system consists of three screw compressors which are 125 Hp each.

SACSEI operates with a standard storage temperature of –25 Degrees Celsius and we provide customers verification of cold storage temp if required. Heating tracing for under floor heating of cold storages is supplied through heat recovered from the refrigeration compressors.
