The facility consists of:

• A 232’L x 122’W x 47’ H cold storage facility subdivided into two parts that can operate independent of each other.
• A 232’L x 53’W x 25 ’H annex area.

Both the cold storage and the annex area are pre-engineered steel structures.  The cold storage’s interior finish consists of R40 refrigeration panels, standard for cold storages in North America.  The annex area has five loading bays, each having an overhead loading door complete with weather seals and a spring-loaded dock leveler.
